Applications, information, and specific interests can be handled and downloaded here Urban Boot Camp Overview.pdfScheduled dates: Jan. 4-6, Mar. 8-11, May TBA and July 8-14.

Urban boot camp confronts challenges of living and ministering in the city each summer while reaching hundreds of kids on the streets and in select communities of Durham. The diverse Gospel-centered outreach offered during each boot camp week enables continued implementation and strengthening of the strategic “10 Keys of the Kingdom” in each target community. Soccer, basketball, skateboarding, community service, and other activities are used to enhance effective ministry to nearly two thousand city kids and families involved in these activities. Collaboration with local churches and ministries enriches the mission outreach and sustains it for the coming school year. For many children, these will be the first Bible-centered activity they have ever attended.

The Children's Ministries Institute® provides specialized, practical training in children's ministries not found in Bible colleges or Christian universities.  This is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship, Inc.  The institute is located at the CEF International Headquarters in Warrenton, MO.
