These workshops are designed:

1. To train new volunteers and teachers the basic CEF methods of teaching city kids in clubs and church-based ministries.
2. To offer a methods refresher and new ideas for current teachers and volunteers.
3. For presenting best practices and new strategies for effective teaching and wholistic ministry to city kids and their families.
4. To help churches, ministries, and various groups of Christian adults and teens form ministry teams and engage local schools and communities.
