Child Evangelism Fellowship® in Durham will host two events Jan. 25-26, 2016 with Reese Kauffman, President of CEF®, ministering worldwide in 195 countries.
Monday Jan. 25th, is a “business after hours” gathering primarily for business people in the Durham area marketplace. We are however, allowing any CEF donors, who might not be able to attend the luncheon on Tuesday to attend the Monday meeting. The focus for attendees is to present how best they can impact our city (spiritually 1st of all, of course) through their own discipleship, resources, and influence.
Tuesday’s luncheon, on Jan. 26th, will be focused on thanking and updating donors, pastors, volunteers, teachers, staff, board members and their invite guests to learn about the reach of CEF ministries, as well as, generate new funding to reach more children in 2016.
The CEF Durham chapter has already seen, in the first quarter of this ministry year, more children enrolled/reached than all of last year. We are excited about new ministry collaborations, which will enhance the work or the ministry via Good News Clubs, sports camps education, and city-wide prayer initiatives.
